6. On-Site Additional Charges
- Charges apply for additional guests, time extensions, equipment/prop rentals, or damages.
- Payment Notice: An instruction message for any additional payments will be sent before your checkout.
- Post-Checkout Claims: If theft, damage, or stains are discovered after you leave, we may file a claim with supporting evidence (CCTV/photos).
7. No Smoking & 24/7 Security
- Strictly No Smoking: Per fire safety laws, smoke detectors are installed throughout the facility. Use of fire or any smoke-producing items is strictly prohibited.
- Security Cameras: For safety and crime prevention, 24-hour CCTV recording and emergency dispatch services are in operation.
8. Facility Care & Prevention of Damage
- Handle with Care: Please be careful not to cause impacts, scratches, or stains on the floor or walls when moving furniture or props.
- No Airborne Substances: Use of perfume, soap bubbles, confetti, or powders is strictly prohibited.
- Restoration Fees: If non-removable stains or significant damage occur, full restoration costs will be charged.
9. Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage
- Lost Items: We do not provide shipping for lost items. Please visit and collect them within 7 days; otherwise, they will be disposed of.
- Liability for Studio Property: If studio items are stolen or damaged (intentionally or through negligence), you will be charged the full cost of replacement, repair, and shipping.
- Equipment Impact: If equipment (cameras, lights, etc.) is dropped or hit, and malfunctions within 7 days, repair costs will be claimed.
- Wall/Surface Protection: Use of nails, tacks, or adhesive tapes that leave residue is strictly prohibited.
- Equipment Handling: Please ensure that tripods, stands, and other heavy gear do not impact the facility.
