Studio Usage Agreement

All visitors to 3355 Studio are considered to have agreed to the following terms. 
The person making the reservation is responsible for reviewing these rules and sharing them with all accompanying guests.

1. Keep the Door Closed At All Times

- Security Alert: An alarm will sound if the door is left open.

2. Indoor Slippers Only

- Slippers Provided: At least 3 pairs of slippers (S/M/L) are available for your comfort.

- Restroom Use: Please switch to your outdoor shoes when using the restroom outside the studio.

- Please wipe pet's paws with the provided wet wipes upon entry.

3. Punctuality (Check-in & Check-out)

- Our security system grants access only during your reserved time slot.

- Your booking includes time for setup, shooting, and tidying up. Please ensure you finish on time.
- Check-out: Before checking out, please notify our staff. Our manager will perform a quick space inspection to ensure all equipment and costumes are in place.

4. Clean Up Before Departure

- Please return all props and furniture to their original positions before leaving.

- Pro-Tip: Taking a quick photo or video of the space when you arrive will make tidying up much easier!

- Waste Disposal: Large waste that do not fit in the bins cannot be disposed of on-site. Please take large waste with you.

- A check-out reminder message will be sent to you during your session.

5. Food & Beverages
- Only foods with minimal odor and no broth are allowed.
(e.g., gimbap, sandwiches, burgers)

- Pet Safety Warning: Consuming chocolate, nuts, grapes, or seeded fruits is strictly prohibited to protect visiting pets.

- To prevent stains, please do not eat or drink near the curtains.

- You must wipe down tables and floors with wet wipes after eating.

- Leftover food cannot be disposed of inside the studio. Please take all food waste with you when you leave.

6. On-Site Additional Charges
- Charges apply for additional guests, time extensions, equipment/prop rentals, or damages.

- Payment Notice: An instruction message for any additional payments will be sent before your checkout.

- Post-Checkout Claims: If theft, damage, or stains are discovered after you leave, we may file a claim with supporting evidence (CCTV/photos).

7. No Smoking & 24/7 Security
- Strictly No Smoking: Per fire safety laws, smoke detectors are installed throughout the facility. Use of fire or any smoke-producing items is strictly prohibited.

- Security Cameras: For safety and crime prevention, 24-hour CCTV recording and emergency dispatch services are in operation.

8. Facility Care & Prevention of Damage

- Handle with Care: Please be careful not to cause impacts, scratches, or stains on the floor or walls when moving furniture or props.

- No Airborne Substances: Use of perfume, soap bubbles, confetti, or powders is strictly prohibited.

- Restoration Fees: If non-removable stains or significant damage occur, full restoration costs will be charged.

9. Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage

- Lost Items: We do not provide shipping for lost items. Please visit and collect them within 7 days; otherwise, they will be disposed of.

- Liability for Studio Property: If studio items are stolen or damaged (intentionally or through negligence), you will be charged the full cost of replacement, repair, and shipping.

- Equipment Impact: If equipment (cameras, lights, etc.) is dropped or hit, and malfunctions within 7 days, repair costs will be claimed.

- Wall/Surface Protection: Use of nails, tacks, or adhesive tapes that leave residue is strictly prohibited.

- Equipment Handling: Please ensure that tripods, stands, and other heavy gear do not impact the facility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Unpaid Pending Bookings: If payment is not completed within 24 hours of receiving the "Pre-Booking" approval, your book will be automatically cancelled.

- Within 2 hours of confirmation OR 8+ days before: Full Refund

- 4 to 7 days before: 50% Refund

- 2 to 3 days before: 30% Refund

- 1 day before or on the day of use: No Refund (0%)
- Processing Fee: Please note that bank transfer fees or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Reservation Change Policy (Rescheduling)

- 8+ Days Before: One-time free reschedule is available.

- 4–7 Days Before: Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation (50% fee) + a new booking.

- Within 3 Days: Rescheduling is not possible. (Please follow the cancellation & refund policy).

- Sudden Medical Emergency: If you or your pet require urgent medical attention, a one-time free reschedule is available.
